Refund Policy
Aesthetics Treatments: Cancellation, Refund, and Revision Policy
At Aesthetics with Rachael, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality treatments and achieving the best possible results for our clients. Please take a moment to review our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and treatment revisions.

Non-Refundable Treatments
Once the following treatments have been carried out, they are non-refundable:
Botox® Anti-Wrinkle Treatment
Dermal Fillers, including Lip Fillers
Microblading
Skin Boosters
ProfHilo® (including lip augmentation)
This list is not exhaustive.

Before any treatment, clients will complete a detailed consent form and receive clear directions from our practitioners. These forms explicitly state that while we aim for the best possible outcome, there is no guarantee of a specific result. Our experienced and highly skilled practitioners will use their clinical expertise to deliver results to the best of their ability.

Managing Expectations
We continuously work to improve patient satisfaction, and we regularly audit and publish our results on our website to maintain transparency. However, results may vary from person to person, and we encourage realistic expectations during the pre-treatment consultation.
We are committed to providing a service that leaves you delighted with the results, and our consultations are designed to ensure clear communication about your treatment goals. A ‘top-up’ anti-wrinkle treatment may be offered at the clinician’s discretion, but this should not be expected as a guarantee.
Please note, there is no top-up service for dermal fillers, lip fillers, or ProfHilo® treatments, and any further treatments will need to be paid for in full.

Revision Policy
​
In the event of any concerns following your treatment, we ask that you contact us within two weeks of the procedure for a face-to-face consultation with the treating clinician. During this period, we will review your concerns and, where appropriate, work with you to address any issues and improve the results.
However, we are not obliged to correct any treatment or concerns raised after two weeks from the original procedure, especially if these concerns were not brought to our attention within that time frame. This is because, after two weeks, we are unable to verify your complete treatment history, which is essential for providing the appropriate care.
This six-month policy aligns with best practices in facial aesthetics and ensures we can deliver the best possible outcomes. It is outlined clearly in the pre-treatment patient reading materials and in the consent form you sign before treatment.

Liability
At Aesthetics with Rachael, we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction. However, please note the following:

Limitation of Liability
Aesthetics with Rachael will not be held liable for any economic loss, including loss of profit, or for any other special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the provision of goods and/or services. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss or damage related to the treatment or procedures provided. -
Client Responsibility for Medical Information
It is the client’s responsibility to provide all relevant medical information prior to each treatment. Aesthetics with Rachael will not be liable for any adverse effects or damages resulting from a client’s failure to disclose important medical details. -
Adherence to Aftercare Instructions
The client agrees to follow all instructions and recommendations provided by Aesthetics with Rachael or its practitioners regarding the aftercare of any treated areas. Non-compliance may result in unwanted effects or complications, for which Aesthetics with Rachael cannot be held responsible.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation

24-Hour Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of £50

No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged a no-show fee of [insert fee amount or percentage].
Rescheduling Appointments
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened, or, in some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Please be aware that late arrivals may still incur the full treatment charge.
Refunds and Prepaid Treatments
Prepaid Treatments: In the case of a cancellation made 24 hours or more in advance, a full refund will be issued for any prepaid treatments. For cancellations made within the 24-hour window, a non-refundable fee may apply.

No Refunds for Treatments: Once a treatment has been administered, it is non-refundable. This applies to all aesthetics treatments, including Botox®, dermal fillers, microblading, skin boosters, and lip fillers.
Emergencies and Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
By booking an appointment with Aesthetics with Rachael, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
